To place an order choose your tier of design below. You will also need to provide the following details about your measurements.

• Chest – Measured under the arms
• Rise – Difference between the outseam and the inseam
• Length, Neck to Waist – Measured down the spine
• Current weight and height

At the bottom of this page there is a contact form to provide your details, and measurements. In a follow up email on our end we will provide an invoice with a mock up design if you choose to custom design your own blazer.
